AmeriHeat is not a franchise. We are owner-operated, which means Justin and Colby handle every job personally. When you call a Henrietta job in, you talk to the people who actually show up at your house.
We service every system type. Gas furnaces, oil furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, central AC, and ductless mini-splits. We give you the price before any work begins. No surprises. No upsells in the driveway.
Most of our customers found us after a bad experience with a franchise HVAC company. Big trucks, different techs every visit, pressure to replace instead of repair. We keep the team small on purpose. That is how we keep the work right.
Justin VanCassele and Colby Baker run AmeriHeat together. Colby is a veteran. Both owners are on jobs every week across Rochester and Monroe, Wayne and Ontario Counties.
Give them a call. They actually pick up.
If your heat goes out on a January morning in Henrietta or your AC quits during a July heat wave, you need a company that picks up the phone, gives you a straight price, and shows up. That is what we do.
Henrietta is the southern suburb of Rochester, home to RIT, the Marketplace Mall, and a heavy commercial corridor along Jefferson Road. The HVAC work here changes a lot depending on which part of town you are in. The 1950s and 60s ranches near Calkins Road and East Henrietta Road tend to run gas or oil furnaces with central AC tacked on later. The newer subdivisions out toward West Henrietta and the Rush border lean on high-efficiency forced air and heat pumps.
Older Henrietta homes still on fuel oil are a real population. Most Rochester HVAC companies have stopped servicing oil. We have not. AmeriHeat handles oil furnaces, oil tank work, steam boiler service, and full oil-to-gas conversions when a gas line becomes available.
Henrietta is one of the closest suburbs to our Rochester base, so response times are fast. Most repair calls in the West Henrietta, East Henrietta Road, and Jefferson Road areas get a same-day visit. Emergency no-heat and no-cool calls jump the queue.
For installs and replacements, we come out for a free in-home estimate, walk the system with you, size the equipment correctly, and put the price in writing before any work happens. There is no pressure to sign on the spot.
We also keep common repair parts on the truck so we can fix a lot of problems on the first visit. Blower motors, ignitors, capacitors, pressure switches, contactors. If we do need to order a part, we tell you the timing upfront so you can plan.
Rochester winters are long. Heating systems run hard from late October through April, and small problems compound fast under that load. Annual maintenance, even just a 30-minute tune-up, catches most failures early.
Summer humidity in Henrietta also pushes AC systems harder than people expect. If your AC is short-cycling, freezing up, or running constantly without holding the set temperature, the system needs attention. In most cases a repair handles it.
For Henrietta landlords and property managers in the RIT and Marketplace Mall area, we work directly with you on rental properties and student housing. Same-day service for tenant emergencies, honest pricing, no upsells. We can invoice you direct or coordinate with tenants on access. Just call.
AmeriHeat is an authorized Heil dealer. We also install and service Gree, Thermo-Pride, Rheem, and Lennox. If your existing system is a different brand, we can usually service it and help you plan a replacement when the time comes. We do not push one brand on every job. The recommendation depends on your home, fuel type, budget, and how long you plan to stay.
Beyond Henrietta proper we cover West Henrietta, Brighton, Pittsford, Rush, Mendon, and Rochester. If you are in the Henrietta area and we are routing trucks that direction the same day, we can usually fit you in.
If you are outside our normal radius, call and ask. We take plenty of one-off jobs across the Finger Lakes region, especially for fuel oil service and oil-to-gas conversion work that other companies will not touch.
