No heat in winter, no cool in a heat wave, busted lines. We answer the phone day or night, weekends included.
AmeriHeat is not a franchise. We are owner-operated, which means Justin and Colby handle every job personally. When you call a Manchester job in, you talk to the people who actually show up at your house.
We service every system type. Gas furnaces, oil furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, central AC, and ductless mini-splits. We give you the price before any work begins. No surprises. No upsells in the driveway.
Most of our customers found us after a bad experience with a franchise HVAC company. Big trucks, different techs every visit, pressure to replace instead of repair. We keep the team small on purpose. That is how we keep the work right.
Justin VanCassele and Colby Baker run AmeriHeat together. Colby is a veteran. Both owners are on jobs every week across Rochester and Monroe, Wayne and Ontario Counties.
Give them a call. They actually pick up.
If your furnace gives out on a January morning in Manchester or your AC quits during a July heat stretch, you need a company that picks up the phone, gives you a straight price, and shows up. That is what we do.
Manchester sits in Ontario County along the old Erie Canal route, with a small village core, surrounding farmland, and a growing band of newer suburban homes. That mix means the HVAC work changes house to house. Older village homes near Main Street often run on fuel oil or have steam boilers. Many neighborhoods sit outside the natural gas line, so oil heat is still common. Newer builds toward Farmington and Shortsville lean on forced air gas furnaces, central AC, and heat pumps.
Most HVAC companies based in Rochester have stopped servicing fuel oil. We have not. AmeriHeat handles oil furnaces, oil tank work, oil-to-gas conversions when a gas line becomes available, and steam boiler service for homes that still run on the old systems. If your house has older equipment, you will get a real conversation about whether to repair, retrofit, or replace.
Manchester is roughly 30 to 35 minutes from our Rochester base. We schedule routes through Ontario County most days, which means same-day repair calls are usually doable. No-heat calls in winter and no-cool calls in summer get priority, no matter where they fall in the day.
For installs and replacements, we come out for a free in-home estimate, walk the system with you, size the equipment correctly for the home, and put the price in writing before any work happens. There is no pressure to sign on the spot.
Ontario County winters are long. Heating systems run hard from late October through April, and small problems compound fast under that load. A blower motor that is starting to fail in November will usually quit on a 10-degree night in February. Annual maintenance, even just a 30-minute tune-up, catches most of those early.
Summer humidity off the Finger Lakes also pushes AC systems harder than people expect. If your AC is short-cycling, freezing up, or running constantly without holding the set temperature, the system needs attention. In most cases a repair handles it. When the equipment is past its useful life we tell you and show the math on repair vs replace.
AmeriHeat is an authorized Heil dealer. We also install and service Gree, Thermo-Pride, Rheem, and Lennox. If your existing system is a different brand, we can usually service it and help you plan a replacement when the time comes. We do not push one brand on every job. The recommendation depends on your home, fuel type, budget, and how long you plan to stay.
We work across all of Ontario County and into Wayne and Monroe Counties. Around Manchester, that includes Canandaigua, Farmington, Phelps, Shortsville, Clifton Springs, Bloomfield, and Victor. If you are outside that immediate radius, call and ask. We take plenty of one-off jobs across the Finger Lakes region, especially for fuel oil work other companies will not handle.
