No heat in winter, no cool in a heat wave, busted lines. We answer the phone day or night, weekends included.
AmeriHeat is not a franchise. We are a Rochester NY based, truck-based, owner operated HVAC company. Justin or Colby answers the phone. No call centers, no rotating techs, no salesmen booking your service call.
The Town of Ontario is in our core service zone. We mostly respond within 10 to 30 minutes when you call. Same day service when available, next day at the latest. For real emergencies, no heat in February or no cool in July, 24/7 service is on the table.
We service every system type. Gas furnaces, oil furnaces (still common across Ontario and rural Wayne County), boilers, heat pumps, central AC, and ductless mini splits. You get the price before any work begins. No surprises. No upsells in the driveway.
Justin VanCassele and Colby Baker run AmeriHeat together. Colby is a veteran. Both owners are on jobs every week across Rochester and Monroe, Wayne and Ontario Counties.
Give them a call. They actually pick up.
We mostly respond within 10 to 30 minutes across the Town of Ontario and surrounding area. Ontario is on NY Route 104 east of Webster, west of Williamson, and about 20 minutes from our Rochester base.

The Town of Ontario sits in Wayne County NY (ZIP 14519) on the Lake Ontario shoreline, east of Webster and west of Williamson along NY Route 104. The town includes the hamlets of Ontario Center, Union Hill, Stony Brook, and Lake Bluff. One note on the name: this is the Town of Ontario in Wayne County, not Ontario County (which is the county further south containing Victor, Canandaigua, and Farmington). If you are searching for heating or cooling help in Union Hill NY or anywhere in the Town of Ontario, AmeriHeat covers this area as part of our core Wayne County service zone.
Ontario is a mix of older rural homes, farmhouses along the flat Wayne County roads, and newer subdivision stock that filled in as Route 104 developed. The older homes across Ontario Center and Union Hill have a real share of fuel oil furnaces and oil-fired boilers. Natural gas does not reach every road in the town, and some homes have run on fuel oil for decades. Newer subdivisions along the southern corridors near Walworth are mostly gas forced air with central AC. The Lake Bluff area near the Lake Ontario shoreline has lakefront homes with tighter floor plans, more humidity exposure, and older systems that have worked hard through a lot of Rochester winters.
What we see most often in Ontario: aging oil furnaces and oil boilers past their service life, hot water boilers and steam boilers in the older housing stock, oil tanks with corroded or rotted legs (the Ontario oil tank repair jobs in the recent section below are real AmeriHeat calls), and homeowners adding ductless mini splits to rooms or additions where existing ductwork does not reach. The steam boiler in the hero photo is also a real Ontario job: a 25-year-old Dunkirk replaced with a new Weil-McLain, including full piping work.
Heating is the top call type across the Town of Ontario. The older stock along Ontario Center Road and the rural north and west parts of town runs a wide mix: hot water boilers, steam boilers, oil-fired boilers, and oil furnaces. We service and replace all of them. For homes that want to move off fuel oil, we handle the full oil-to-gas conversion when natural gas is at the street, including removing the oil tank, decommissioning the oil line, installing the new gas furnace or boiler, and pulling permits. For homes staying on fuel oil, we install Thermo-Pride for replacements. Heater service in Ontario NY on aging oil equipment every fall catches small problems before they become a no-heat call in January. If your furnace or boiler is over 15 years old and running on fuel oil, annual maintenance is the cheapest insurance you have going into a Rochester winter.
For cooling work we handle AC installation, central air replacement, and HVAC installation across Union Hill NY and the wider Town of Ontario. Air conditioning service in Ontario runs from a simple diagnostic and recharge to a full central air replacement, and we carry parts for all major brands. For new installs we use Heil (authorized dealer), Rheem for higher-end builds, and Gree ductless mini splits for homes and additions without central ductwork. We also do HVAC seasonal tune-ups before both the heating and cooling seasons for Ontario homeowners who want to stay ahead of breakdowns.
Same day diagnostics when available. Free written quote on every install and replacement.
AmeriHeat is an authorized Heil dealer. For ductless equipment we install Gree. For higher-end builds we install Rheem. For fuel oil systems we install Thermo-Pride. For whole home humidifiers we install Aprilaire and Honeywell, and for indoor air quality we work with iWave. We service and maintain every major brand on existing Ontario equipment: Carrier, Trane, Goodman, York, American Standard, Bryant, Burnham, Weil-McLain, Dunkirk, and Slant/Fin
