No heat in winter, no cool in a heat wave, busted lines. We answer the phone day or night, weekends included.
AmeriHeat is not a franchise. We are a truck-based, owner-operated HVAC company. Justin or Colby answers the phone. No call centers, no rotating techs.
Victor is in our core service zone. We mostly respond within 10 to 30 minutes when you call. Same day service when available, next day at the latest. For real emergencies, no heat in February or no cool in July, 24/7 service is on the table.
We service every system type. Gas furnaces, oil furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, central AC, ductless mini splits, and whole home humidifiers. You get the price before any work begins. No surprises. No upsells in the driveway.
Justin VanCassele and Colby Baker run AmeriHeat together. Colby is a veteran. Both owners are on jobs every week across Rochester and Monroe, Wayne and Ontario Counties.
Give them a call. They actually pick up.
95% of our HVAC work happens within this radius. Victor is in the inside zone where we hit the 10 to 30 minute response window most calls.
Victor is one of the fastest-growing suburbs in the Rochester area, sitting in Ontario County where Routes 96 and 251 meet just south of the Eastview Mall corridor. AmeriHeat handles HVAC repair, install, and maintenance across Victor's mix of new construction subdivisions and older village homes.
Victor's housing stock breaks into two camps. The newer subdivisions off Route 96 and around the Eastview Mall area are typically running natural gas with forced air, central AC, and increasingly heat pumps. Most of these homes are 10 to 25 years old and starting to need first replacements on furnaces, AC condensers, and water heaters.
The older village stock around downtown Victor often has steam boilers, hot water boilers, or older oil furnaces that have been kept running through decades of incremental repair. Most Rochester area HVAC companies have stopped servicing fuel oil. We did not.
Because Victor is in Ontario County rather than Monroe County, the available state and utility rebate programs for high-efficiency heat pump and furnace upgrades can differ. We help walk through what's available when we quote a replacement.
Victor heating and cooling covers the full system, not just the box in the basement. From simple repairs to full system replacements, here is what AmeriHeat handles for Victor homes. Most calls fall into one of these categories.
Furnace replacement Victor is one of our most common calls right now. Most of the homes built in Victor's growth boom in the late 1990s and early 2000s are running 20 to 25 year old furnaces, well past their reliable lifespan. Common signs you need a replacement: short cycling, uneven heat between rooms, climbing utility bills, repeat repairs in consecutive years, or the furnace just not keeping up on the coldest days.
We are an authorized Heil dealer and we size replacement systems correctly so you do not pay for capacity you do not need. Free written estimate with the equipment, price, and install timeline laid out before any work begins.
For furnace repair Victor and heater repair Victor calls, we carry the most common parts on the truck so a lot of repairs finish in one visit. Common Victor furnace issues include flame sensors, ignitors, blower motor capacitors, control boards, and clogged condensate lines on high efficiency units.
Same day service when available. 24/7 emergency for no-heat situations. Justin or Colby answers the phone.
AC repair Victor, air conditioning repair Victor, and central AC installation are core summer work for us. If your central air conditioning is not cooling, leaking, running constantly without dropping temperature, or making strange noises, we can usually diagnose and fix in one visit. We check refrigerant levels, capacitors, contactors, condenser coils, blower motors, and the condensate line.
For AC installation Victor and HVAC installation Victor, we walk through the home, measure load, check the ductwork, and quote both straight replacement and higher-efficiency upgrade paths. Free written estimate. For homes without ductwork we install Gree ductless mini splits.
Heat pumps have been a fast-growing piece of our Victor work, especially as Ontario County rebates make the upgrade math more favorable. We do heat pump repair, full heat pump installation, and ductless mini split work. Modern heat pumps work well in Rochester area winters when they are sized and installed correctly. We walk through the trade-offs honestly: dual fuel hybrid, full electric, or staying with gas.
For Victor homes still running a boiler, especially the older village stock around downtown, we do annual boiler service, repair, and full replacements. We service hot water boilers and steam boilers. The hero photo on this page is from a recent gas boiler replacement we did in Victor. We clean burners, check controls, flush systems when needed, and test for carbon monoxide. If your boiler is past its useful life we can quote a high-efficiency gas replacement.
If your furnace dies on a January morning or your AC quits during a heat wave, you need a company that picks up the phone. We do 24/7 emergency HVAC repair in Victor for true no heat or no cool situations. We do not run a call center. You get an owner on the line.
AmeriHeat is an authorized Heil dealer. For ductless equipment we install Gree. For homeowners who want a higher-end build, we install Rheem. For fuel oil systems we install Thermo-Pride, which runs cleaner than older oil burners. For whole home humidifiers we install Aprilaire and Honeywell. We service and maintain all major HVAC brands, not just the ones we install.
Around Victor we serve Farmington, Manchester, Macedon, Bloomfield, Mendon, Fairport, Pittsford, and the Eastview Mall corridor. Whether your home is in a newer Route 96 subdivision, off Routes 251 or 444, or in the older village near downtown Victor, we can quote and complete the work. We also handle light commercial HVAC for the Eastview area.
