AmeriHeat is not a franchise. We are a Rochester NY based, truck-based, owner operated HVAC company. Justin or Colby answers the phone. No call centers, no rotating techs, no salesmen booking your service call.
We service every system type. Gas furnaces, oil furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, central AC, ductless mini splits. You get the price before any work begins. No surprises. No upsells in the driveway.
Most of our customers found us after a bad experience with a franchise. We keep the team small on purpose. That is how we keep the work right across Wayne County.

Wayne County NY runs east from Macedon along Lake Ontario through Williamson, Ontario, and into Newark and Lyons. The housing mix is split. Macedon, Marion, and Palmyra have a heavy share of older farmhouses and fuel oil systems dating from the 1900s through the 1970s. Most Rochester area HVAC companies have stopped servicing fuel oil. We have not. The newer subdivisions in Williamson and Ontario run gas forced air with central AC, and we install those too.
Wayne County winters are hard on heating systems. Lake-effect cold off Ontario, long heating seasons, and older equipment combine to put real load on furnaces and boilers. Annual HVAC maintenance in Wayne County catches small problems before they turn into emergencies on the coldest day of the year.
From simple repairs to full system replacements, here is what AmeriHeat handles for Wayne County homes and small businesses. Most calls fall into one of these categories.
10 to 30 minute typical response in core Wayne towns. 25 to 50 minute typical response outside core. 24/7 for true emergencies.
You get the price before any work begins. In writing. No surprises. No upsells in the driveway. No fake diagnostic fee pressure.
Quality parts. Clean workmanship. Authorized Heil dealer. Most Wayne County repair calls finish in one visit because we carry common parts on the truck.
Owners on every job. If something does not feel right after the work is done, you call us back and we fix it. We stand behind every install and every repair.
Fuel oil service is one of the things that sets us apart in Wayne County. Plenty of older Macedon, Marion, Palmyra, and Williamson farmhouses still run on fuel oil, and most Rochester area shops will not touch it anymore. We will. We service every fuel oil brand and we install Thermo-Pride. For homeowners who want to switch, oil to gas conversion usually pays back within 5 to 8 years on fuel cost savings alone, when natural gas is available at the property.
Justin or Colby answers. 10 to 30 minute typical response in the core zone, 25 to 50 minute typical outside core.
AmeriHeat is an authorized Heil dealer. For ductless equipment we install Gree. For homeowners who want a higher-end build we install Rheem. For fuel oil systems we install Thermo-Pride. For indoor air quality we work with Aprilaire, Honeywell, and iWave. We service and maintain every major HVAC brand including Carrier, Trane, Goodman, York, American Standard, Bryant, Burnham, and Weil-McLain. Old equipment from any brand, we can diagnose, service, and help you plan a replacement.
AmeriHeat is based in Rochester NY, which sits right next to western Wayne County. From our base we reach Macedon, Marion, Palmyra, Williamson, and Ontario inside the same response window we hit for the Monroe County suburbs. Newark and Lyons are slightly further east but still well inside our service radius. A lot of Wayne County homeowners search HVAC technician Wayne or HVAC company Wayne looking for a contractor that actually shows up. Most local Wayne County shops are small one-truck operations that book out two weeks. Most Rochester area shops will not drive past Penfield. We sit in between, with the response time to make Wayne County work like a regular service area.
